Mgr. Bogdan Siuda

is the graduate of Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, focusing on commercial law and law of business corporations. He has worked as a lawyer, director and executive director of many companies, with a focus on marketing, directmailing, IT and food industry in the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia. He has a wide and high-quality network of business partners and contacts. As the lawyer, he specializes in commercial and corporate law area in particular, as well as insolvency and civil law, both Czech and Polish. He has a wide network of contacts to bilingual lawyers in the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia. He is the sworn translator of Polish language appointed by the decision of the Regional Court in Ostrava dated on 29.3.2010, no. 936/2010.
