The SIBO company is a Czech consulting company focusing on the Central European market. Our lawyers are professionally, practically and linguistically ready to solve Your problems and crisis situations, and also to advise You when establishing a company, developing Your business, searching a strategic partner, or selling a company.

What we can do

We draw up commercial contracts of different kinds for our clients: from the field of corporate and contract law, e.g. lease contracts, purchase contracts, framework purchase contracts, contracts for work, mandate contracts, order contracts, contracts on transfer of rights, etc., scilicet according to respective legislation of the Czech Republic or existing international agreements. We draw up all contract in a bilingual Czech-Polish version for our clients from Poland. We represent our clients during court proceedings on territory of Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia - either by ourselves in civil disputes or using our multi-lingual business partners from a range of reputable law firms.
